FINDINGS OF FACT CONCLUSIONS OF LAW AND ORDER
ALSOP, District Judge.
This matter comes before the court upon the motions by plaintiffs for a preliminary injunction, for partial summary judgment on their claims for monetary relief against defendant Admiral Merchants Motor Freight, Inc. (“Admiral”) and for partial summary judgment against both defendants on most óf defendants’ counterclaims. 1 Memoranda were submitted on behalf of all parties, and oral argument was heard on June 27, 1980.
