OPINION

MULALLY, Judge.

This appeal is from a judgment of conviction for operating a disorderly house, a misdemeanor ordinance violation. See Minneapolis, Minn., Code of Ordinances § 385.170(b)(1) (1991). We affirm.

FACTS

Appellant Larry Holmberg is the owner of Buns and Roses Bookstore in downtown Minneapolis. This adult bookstore has a video booth section that customers may enter after paying a $5.00 charge.
