1 Reported in 234 N.W. 643, 235 N.W. 675. Action to recover for the conversion of a Holt caterpillar tractor. There was a verdict for $1,680.77 for the plaintiffs. The defendants moved for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or a new trial. The new trial was granted, and judgment was denied. The plaintiffs appeal from the granting of a new trial, and the defendants appeal from the denial of the motion for judgment.
