This was a proceeding under the supplement to the act concerning landlords and tenants, Nix Dig. 422.

The only question in the cause is, whether the justice *550had jurisdiction. If he had, we cannot entertain this certiorari. Nix. Dig. 422, § 7, pl. 24.
