We withdraw our opinion of July 7, 1988 and substitute this opinion in its stead.
*396S. Drooker, A. Drooker, and E. Christian sued Saeilo Motors and Saeilo Motors, Inc. (“Saeilo Motors”), Time Arts and Gifts (“Time Arts”), Original World Products (“World Products”), News World Communications (“World Communications”), and Alex Murphy for damages resulting from a car accident. The trial court granted summary judgment for all defendants except Murphy, and severed the suit against Murphy.
