Mrs. Stella Blackwelder brought suit against the Great Eastern Casualty Company upon a policy of accident insurance issued by the defendant upon the life of her husband. This was not a general policy, hut specifically limitéd the insurance to fourteen named contingencies. Only one of these is involved in the present case, — the 14th, which reads as follows: “By collapse of a building (except buildings in process of construction, repair or demolition).” Upon the trial there was no dispute that the structure in question was not in process of construction, repair, or demolition.
