OPINION *

SHWARTZ, Circuit Judge.

The U.S. Airline Pilots Association (“USAPA”) appeals the order dismissing its complaint, which seeks to vacate an arbitration award in favor of U.S. Airways, Inc. (“US Airways”) pursuant to the Railway Labor Act, 45 U.S.C. §§ 151-88 (“RLA”). USAPA challenges the arbitrator’s interpretation of amendments to the collective bargaining agreement (“CBA”), the record he developed, and the length of time he took to issue a decision. For the following reasons, we will affirm.
