This is an appeal from the-trial court’s judgment reversing a decision of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Dallas that upheld the revocation of a certificate of occupancy for an apartment complex owned by Billingsley Family Limited Partnership. The Board generally contends the trial court erred because it did not abuse its discretion in determining the certificate of occupancy was properly revoked.
