Plaintiff Robbin Stewart, a Republican candidate for a seat on the Center Township Advisory Board in last November’s election, has brought an Amended Complaint against the named Defendants seeking a declaratory judgment that Indiana Code section 3-9-3-2, a state election campaign statute which prohibits anonymous electoral campaign literature, is unconstitutional.
