Before the court is a motion for reconsideration 1 filed by plaintiffs Robert Craig and Clarence E. Spottsville wherein plaintiffs ask the court to reconsider its ruling on the prior motion for summary judgment 2 filed by defendants Grant Parish Policy Jury (“Police Jury”), W.C. Holloway, Julius F. Scott, Michael L. Brown, Donnie Brown, Melvin “Gene” Allen and Marvin Delong (collectively “Individual Defendants”).
