In this action alleging sex discrimination, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and a pendent state-law claim of intentional infliction of emotional distress, the magistrate judge ordered plaintiff to undergo a Fed.R.Civ.P. 35(a) mental examination.
