PRICE, Presiding Judge.
This is a suit on a policy of automobile liability insurance. The cause was tried by the court without a jury. The court found in favor of the plaintiff. Defendant appeals.
Appellant issued to appellee, Bert Williams, a liability insurance policy on November 9, 1962, for one year. The premium was $123.00. $30.00 of such amount was paid on November 9, 1962. The balance of $93.00 was paid on December 14, 1962.
