—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the *601plaintiff appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (O’Brien, J.), entered June 26, 1992, which granted the defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint.

Ordered that the order and judgment is affirmed, with costs.

The plaintiff Joseph Giordano was injured when he allegedly slipped and fell on a wet area of the floor near the entranceway of the defendant’s store. He claims, among other things, that the defendant should have known about the alleged dangerous condition created by the wet floor. The…
