This is a personal injury action in which plaintiffs Thomas L. Wacker and Dawn J. Wacker seek monetary damages for injuries arising from the alleged negligence of defendants Home Depot U.S.A., Inc., The Home Depot Supply, Inc. and Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. Plaintiff Thomas Wacker aggravated surgically repaired injuries when he tripped over a curb at one of defendant Home Depot’s stores while attempting to secure in a truck a set of French doors he had purchased.
