In this civil action for monetary relief, plaintiffs Peter Denil and Gerald Nardella contend that defendants deBoer, Inc., deBoer Transportation Inc. and deBoer Capital Associates Inc. breached stock purchase agreements between the parties and breached the covenant of good faith and fair dealing. In addition, plaintiffs contend that defendant Ronald DeBoer intentionally interfered with the performance of their employment agreements and that defendant deBoer, Inc. breached plaintiffs employment agreements.
