[¶ 1] The only claim of error advanced by Quay Sampsell (Sampsell) in this appeal is that the district court committed an abuse of discretion and transgressed the concept of proportionality in imposing sentence upon his conviction, pursuant to his pleas of guilty, of two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide in violation of Wyo.Stat.Ann. § 6-2-106(b) (Lexis 1999). 1 In both counts, Sampsell was charged with causing the death of the victim while driving under the influence of aleohol.
