The plaintiff-appellant, Dewayne Linwood, a fifteen year old high school student, by his mother and next friend, instituted this action 1 against the defendant Board of Education on behalf of himself “and all other persons and students of School District No. 150, Peoria County, Illinois, similarly situated”.
