LE BLANC, Judge.
Plaintiff appeals from a judgment in the district court which dismissed its suit on an exception of no cause of action.
From the allegations of the petition, it appears that plaintiff claims to have sold fire hose to the defendant town as far back as the year 1920, for which it has not been paid. Three such separate sales are set out in the petition' — one in November 1920, a second in April, 1922, arid the third in August, 1929.
