This controversy arises over the codicil to the last will of William H. Dike, deceased, the validity of which is contested by the respondents, on the sole ground that at the time of its execution he was not of sound disposing mind and memory. By his will’, which was made in 1886, he made the following disposition of the estate then possessed by him, viz.: “After my wife, Matilda M.
