Cities Service Gas Company, which transports and sells natural gas in interstate commerce for resale, is a “natural-gas company” within the meaning of the Natural Gas Act. 1 Schedules showing its rates and charges for any transportation or sale subject to the jurisdiction of the Federal Power Commission are on file with the Commission and are incorporated into the service agreements with distributors.
