KELLY, Judge.

Arnold Butch Cole appeals from the dismissal of his motion to vacate the judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis finding him guilty of one count of robbery in the first degree, § 669.020, RSMo 1978, and one count of carrying a concealed weapon, § 571.115, RSMo 1978, following a jury-waived trial. He was sentenced to the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections for a period of seventeen years on the robbery count and five years on the carrying a concealed weapon count, said sentences to run concurrently.
