I. INTRODUCTION
This is a patent infringement case. Cor-dance Corporation (“Cordance”) and Amazon.com Inc. and Amazon Web Services, LLC (collectively, “Amazon”) develop software and own patents pertaining to on-line internet-based transaction infrastructures. 1 Amazon provides an interactive website that sells goods either directly or through third-party vendors.
