The original hill in this cause was filed in the Chancery Court of Knox County hy the executors of the estate of Walter M. Bonham, deceased, against his heirs, legatees and devisees, seeking the construction of certain items of his will. The record comes to this court on the pleadings and a stipulation of facts. Two of the legatees are minors, for whom a guardian ad litem was appointed, and the chancellor has expressly authorized this guardian to agree to the stipulation.
