Head, Justice.
The petition of the executors named in the will of George A. Veach (also as trustees under item 4 of his will) alleged that the corpus of the trust was described real estate located in the State of Tennessee, and that the legal effect of the trust created by the will would be determined by the laws of Tennessee. The petition purports to set out in substance the applicable law of the State of Tennessee.
