This motion was commenced by Paul and Susan Bregman, two creditors of Veronica Ann Meehan, the chapter 13 debtor herein. The motion seeks, inter alia, termination of the automatic stay, dismissal of the debtor’s petition, and an order declaring that the debtor’s plan shall not be confirmed. The motion was heard before this court on November 13, 1984 and the court reserved decision.
