MEMORANDUM OPINION
PETER J. WALSH, Chief Judge.
Before the Court is the motion (Doc. #255) by the debtor, Trans World Airlines, Inc. (“TWA” or “Debtor”) to reject its ticket program agreement (“Ticket Agreement”) with Karabu Corp. (“Kara-bu”). The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors filed a joinder. (Doc. #434). Karabu and related entities filed an objection (Doc. # 491) to which TWA filed a reply (Doc. # 595).
