Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Turner, Jr., J.), rendered June 13, 1988, upon a verdict convicting defendant *1032of the crimes of burglary in the second degree, petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree and aggravated harassment in the second degree (four counts).
