THIS CAUSE came before the Court on Indirect Purchaser Plaintiffs’ Motion for Class Certification (“Motion”) [ECF No. 197], filed on September 21, 2011. Defendants, Cemex, Inc. (“Cemex”), Florida Rock Industries, Inc.
