Appellant, complainant below, is a corporation under the laws of Colorado. Appellees, de*595fendants below, are citizens and residents of the state of Colorado, and are copartners, under the firm name and style of the Ute Chief Mineral Water Company, with their principal place of business in the town of Manitou in said state. In its bill plaintiff states that:
