*132 Plaintiffs, minority unit owners in a condominium complex, appeal from the trial court's order granting defendants' motions to dismiss plaintiffs' claims for breach of contract, breach of statutory obligations, breach of fiduciary duty, piercing the corporate veil, and unfair and deceptive trade practices.
