This is a G.L.C. 90, §34M action by a medical provider to recover unpaid Personal Injury Protection (“PIP”) benefits for treatment provided to the defendants insured.

In his complaint, plaintiff Ian Boehm (“Boehm”), a licensed chiropractor, sought PIP payments for medical services he rendered to a motorist insured by defendant Premier Insurance Company (“Premier”).
