At issue is whether the plaintiff is entitled, as a matter of State constitutional right, to a trial by jury in an action alleging discrimination based on gender. The plaintiff, Victoria Dalis, claims that she was discharged from her employment because she was pregnant. She filed a complaint against her employer, Buyer Advertising, Inc.
