This is a bill filed by complainants, residents of school district No. 9 of Franklin county, Tenn., and patrons of the public school of that district, to recover for themselves and other patrons of said school and for the district $500 belonging to the school fund of that district, alleged to have been misappropriated or lost by the several defendants who occupied different relations to such fund.
