Alexander, Dubose, Jefferson & Townsend LLP (“Alexander Dubose”) appeals the trial court’s June 9, 2014 order and judgment. We dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.

I. Factual and Procedural Background

This appeal arises from a lawsuit filed by Kingwood CrossRoads, L.P. (“King-wood”) against Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, LP (“CP Chem”) regarding a failed transaction involving the sale of real property. See Chevron Phillips Chem. Co. v.
