In the pretrial order the issues herein are framed as follows:(a) Construction of the will;(b) Determination as to whether the plaintiff-trustee is under any liability to the defendant County of Hudson with respect to the testamentary spendthrift trust for the benefit of Jean Verona, an incompetent.
