This copyright action arises out of a disputed copyright assignment and the scope of the rights transferred pursuant to the as signment from plaintiffs (the “Hensons”) to the defendants (the “Wilkins Company”). In a previous Memorandum and Order, I granted in part and denied in part the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment on plaintiffs’ claims for trademark infringement, copyright infringement, infringement of right to publicity, unfair competition and breach of contract, disposing of several of these claims.
