Waite, Mark Stout, Geoffrey Culbert, Lesley Stuart, Thomas Morgan, Elizabeth Spokoiny, and Larry Spo-koiny brought this action on behalf of themselves and a court-certified class (all are hereafter collectively referred to as “the Workers”).
