delivered the Opinion of the Court.

After a careful study of the well-considered order of his Honor, L. D. Lide, Circuit Judge, from which this appeal was taken, we are satisfied that it disposes of all questions correctly and it will be reported as the judgment of this Court.

In deference to the earnestness of appellant’s counsel we will discuss further two of the questions stressed by them. Appellant takes the position, in effect, that the Court, in determining whether or not it had the power to grant a compulsory order of reference, should have…
