This is an appeal from a judgment of the Essex County Circuit Court. The judgment is for $3,041.22 and represents the amount of a vendee’s deposit and search fees in a real estate transaction. The case was submitted to the trial court on the pleadings and an agreed state of facts. The trial court directed that a judgment be entered in favor of the plaintiffs. Erom this judgment the defendants below have appealed.
