Bundy v. Solon

The complaint in this case was filed in the circuit court of La Salle county by Lincoln E. Bundy, as trustee, against Margaret Solon and other persons who claimed an interest in certain real and personal property conveyed by Leonard P. Solon, in his lifetime, to plaintiff as trustee. The prayer of the complaint was for a construction of the terms of a trust agreement which is set out below, and for a decree determining the persons entitled to the property on distribution by the trustee.
