This is a suit in equity filed in the circuit court of Peoria County for the partition of 200 acres of farm lands belonging to Peter Cahill, now deceased, and for the construction of his will. The case hinges solely on the construction to be applied to the third clause of the will which is the only clause before us for consideration on appeal. The clause reads as follows: “I give and devise to my nephew, Alexander P.
