Mardell Cottle filed her bill of complaint in the Circuit Court of Wood County against her husband, Justin Cottle, charging cruel and inhuman treatment, and praying for a divorce, the custody of the infant child born of the marriage between plaintiff and defendant and for alimony and a fund sufficient for the support and education of the child.
