Bernadine Wolfe brought this, suit in equity in the circuit court of Randolph County against Russell S. Wolfe for the purpose of obtaining an absolute divorce, the custody of Lois Elaine Wolfe, aged three, child of their marriage, and a decree for the support and maintenance of herself and child.
