Appellant, Andrew Sasser, appeals the judgment and commitment order of the Miller County Circuit Court filed May 4, 1994 convicting him of capital felony murder, Ark. Code Ann. § 5-10-101 (Repl. 1993), and sentencing him to death by lethal injection. For his sole point of appeal, appellant argues the admission of certain testimony regarding prior crimes committed by him was reversible error because the trial court abused its discretion in determining the probative value of the evidence exceeded its prejudicial effect.
