The plaintiff in error, hereinafter for convenience referred to as the defendant, was tried by agreement to the court, and the court found the defendant guilty of possession of intoxicating liquor and sentenced him to 60 days’ imprisonment in the county jail and a fine of $200; from which judgment the defendant appeals.
