I. FACTS

On March 5, 2003, Pro se Plaintiff Quentin LaGrande commenced this job discrimination action against his former employer, Adecco, alleging, inter alia, racial discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
