MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ATLAS, District Judge.

Pending before the Court is Championship Auto Racing Teams, Inc.’s (“CART” or “Defendant”) Motion to Enforce the Judgment of this Court dismissing this case (“Foyt I”) for want of personal jurisdiction (“Motion to Enforce”) [Doc. #37] pursuant to the All Writs Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1651.
