MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

This is an appeal from a decision of Family Support Magistrate Reynolds concerning the arrearage in child support due from the respondent to the petitioner. Following an evidentiary hearing on November 4, 1997, the magistrate issued a written decision, filed on February 26, 1998, in which the magistrate determined that the CT Page 751 net arrearage owed to the petitioner was two thousand, nine hundred and twelve ($2,912.05) dollars and five cents as of September 2, 1997.
