`Some confusion may be avoided by keeping •clearly in mind the limited scope of the controversy. As indicated in the statement, it relates solely to properties bequeathed in items 3 and 5 to Martha Josephine Nicholson for life only, to wit: (1) the share of the Oconee County land received by her under item 3 and designated in the record as lot No. 3, and (2) the share •of the residue provided for her in item 5.
