This is an appeal from a decree of the District Court, entered June 9, 1948, confirming on petition for review an order of the Referee in Bankruptcy denying the validity and priority of appellant’s chattel mortgage as against the Trustee in Bankruptcy and ag’ainst Wheeled* Catering Company (hereinafter referred to as Wheeler), whose chattel mortgage was adjudged to be a valid and subsisting lien.
